Since 2001, Epic Interlock has been transforming properties across the Durham Region and Greater Toronto Area with precision hardscaping and inspired design. What started as a one-man operation (fueled by a government grant and a dream) has grown into a trusted, family-run business with a reputation for quality and heart.
Founder Matthew Blanche brings more than just skill to the job. He brings lived experience, resilience, and a deep commitment to doing things right. Born deaf, Matthew had to find creative ways to run a business long before texts and emails made communication easier. From ordering materials to connecting with clients, he found a way – and kept going. That same grit and resourcefulness now fuel every project we take on.
As a Baeumler-Approved company and Unilock Authorized Contractor, we don’t just meet standards…we help set them. Matthew is proud to be a member of Landscape Ontario, actively working to elevate the industry through education and mentorship. He’s passionate about guiding young professionals into the trades and helping homeowners navigate an often unregulated industry with confidence.
